Bell Developments purchased a 10 acre site in Winnington containing a disused commercial scheme of buildings.
Working closely with a national housebuilder on a scheme of homes for the site we achieved planning for 150 houses on the site to the housebuilders specification.
Bell Developments then demolished the buildings and remediated the site ready for construction and sold the land to a national housebuilder.
